&lt;h1 id="résumé">Résumé&lt;/h1>
&lt;p>Standard quantum information and quantum foundations have historically focused on Bell non-locality in the simplest setting: bipartite, non-communicating systems. This thesis explores the boundaries of this standard Bell scenario by extending it along three main axes: restricted communication, multipartite settings, and operator-algebraic formulations.
To preserve the gap between classical, quantum and &amp;lsquo;supra&amp;rsquo;-quantum correlations while allowing for information exchange, we investigate communication networks restricted by dimensional, computational (via homomorphic encryption), and operational constraints. In doing so, we develop rigorous analytical frameworks to handle the complex structure of multipartite correlations, focusing on sequential communication models and composable simultaneous purifications.
To tackle these challenges, the thesis introduces novel mathematical tools from the operator-algebraic framework, such as a new chain rule for the Radon-Nikodym Theorem. &lt;p>Phys.org highlights recent work by Dr. Cica Gustiani and Prof. Elham Kashefi on a cryptographic protocol enabling quantum computers to self-verify their outputs. Successfully implemented on Quantinuum’s trapped-ion quantum processing unit, this collaboration with the University of Edinburgh’s Quantum Software Lab represents a key step toward trustworthy quantum computation on near-term devices.

Over the past few years, researchers have introduced various verification protocols for quantum computing. Most of these solutions, however, were merely theoretical in nature and not applicable to existing quantum processors.
&amp;ldquo;In simple terms, we tried to make quantum computers prove they&amp;rsquo;re telling the truth,&amp;rdquo; said Cica. &amp;ldquo;We took a cryptographic verification protocol that usually requires communication between two devices and made it work entirely on a single chip.
