&lt;h2 id="résumé"&gt;Résumé&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Random Number Generators are critical components of modern cryptosystems. Quantum Random Number Generators (QRNG) have emerged as a means to provide high-quality randomness for these systems. QRNGs typically require expensive or specialized hardware that prevents mass adoption. I present a manufacturable QRNG built entirely from Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) electronics. I will present a detailed description and analyze the performance of a QRNG that can be easily integrated into existing cryptosystems without the requirement of custom components. By prioritizing low-cost and manufacturable architecture, this design demonstrates a viable path for deploying quantum-grade security in commodity hardware.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
